Note:
The chronology of the first two print orders for
both vol. 2 and vol. 3 is unusual: the second order
ostensibly predates the delivery of the first order. It seems
likely that the initial order was supplied in batches (perhaps a
response to the problems that Waldheim-Eberle had in printing
volume 1 on time) and that as soon as UE could estimate (on the
basis of initial sales) their likely medium-term requirements, a
second order was placed. |
