Manuscript structure and collation

The manuscript apparently consisted of three stacked bifolios within a bifolio acting as a wrapper. The bifolios have all been separated into single leaves and pasted onto stubs; the second (presumably blank rear leaf) of the wrapper seems to have been discarded. The following summary of the original structure is conjectural:

    Fol.[1] Sign.

No.[2]

One of the revisions involves the expansion of the second horn part, necessitating an additional stave of fol. 3v and 5r. The score has no rehearsal numbers or letters.
