Notes |

This arrangement by
Hanns Jelinek (1901–1969) is an abridged form of the movement
that draws only on material from the first and last sections (bb. 1–38; 244–78; 282–85; 293–99) transposed up to D major. The manuscript appears to have been
lightly marked up for engraving (including casting off), but no
publisher is named and no plate number added; no publication has
been traced so far. |
