A pencil note on fol. 1r identifies Max Puttmann as the arranger; a reference number 75934/5 has been added in the r.h. margin and the plate numbers for the score (7787) and the orchestral parts (7788) have been added in pencil at the foot of the page, suggesting that the arrangement was prepared in late 1916/early 1917.
