Notes

The arrangement is by Max Puttmann, who is identified in a pencil annotation at the head of fol. 1r; on the page the copyright date is given as '1907'; a job reference number 28421 is added in the top r.h. corner. The plate numbers of the score (7611) and the orchestral parts (7612), are added in ink at the foot of the page, and indicate  that the publication was being prepared in early 1917.
